American Dog will replace any unused toy at the point of purchase. Used American Dog toys will be replaced or refunded at American Dog’ discretion.
There are varying degrees of animals and their chew / play habits. Some dogs play with toys tenderly and lovingly. Other dogs set out to disassemble / deconstruct any and all toys. To that end, ALL DOGS must be supervised while at play. American Dog toys are for interactive play with you, the owner. Dogs should not be left unattended with any toy.
There is no such thing as an indestructible dog toy. American Dog does not claim to be a maker of indestructible dog products.

We get a lot of things from American Dog.
We recently had a need for modified leashes based on the standard leash. The great people at American Dog were able accomodate our request to do this but the result was better than expected! This is a company that treats every customer with service rarely experienced today. We love to give their toys to our dog friends as they are quality fun toys.
We have a wide variety of toys and have been teaching one of our border collies to get specific toys when asked. I think she prefers the soft toys as it is more natural to bite into and they do not have the taste rubber or plastic toys have.
Also the toys handle all the tugging and sometimes rough play without coming apart.
